Reformation Day Party 5

Grandma was the only adult willing to get in on the bobbing for apples. Her only comment "It is harder than it looks."

Abby was the only casualty of the night. Somehow she was burned with a popcorn ball in the neck.

Thanks, John! You did a great job and we all had a blast!

Bobbing for apples

I list bobbing for apples in the same category as floaties - GROSS. As a Mom, I have seen as well as cleaned up a lot of disgusting things, but I draw the line at floaties and bobbing for apples.

The next game consisted of sucking a pumpkin seed to a straw and dumping it in a cup.

Next up was dinner - hot dogs and chips.

Reformation Day Party

This is the first year since having children that we decided not to Trick or Treat. John decided that we would have a fun party at our house for the children. He planned everything. It was a fun-filled night and our street is so quiet, we did not have any Trick or Treaters.

Izzy is "batty for daddy" as her shirt states.

First game of the evening, John had each child draw either the mouth, nose, one of the eyes, etc. He then put their drawings on to the family pumpkin.

Not too bad for having 5 different children create it.

Of course, we had presents from Grandma Great!!
